The progression in this game can be too fast but tedious due to the stale energy limitation and repetitive level grinding. Entering a checkpoint consumes an amount of energy or “VI”, ending in a battle, no event or simply collecting a valuable resource like a Pokeball. Players are mandated to complete first the tutorial before gaining the ability to make selections. One of the most disappointing features of the game is the oversimplification of the original Pokemon game. The game provides server selection for either picking a densely populated server or a more relaxed and lightly populated one. They can use their Facebook or Google account for setting an account. Players have to register first for their player account. It also includes unique level progression, enhancements for Pokemon and prestige system. The unofficial game features collectible Pokemon and traveling across recognizable regions.
